Corrugated and Great Wall trapezoidal roof panels are produced from 0.4–0.8mm galvanized or color-coated steel. The upper layer forms corrugated sheets, lower layer trapezoidal sheets. Flow Chart:

Hydraulic Decoiler → Entry Guide → Roll Former → Hydraulic Cutter → Out Table

Process:

Steel coils are fed and aligned, then simultaneously formed into two roof panel profiles by the double-deck roll former. Chain drive ensures stable, precise forming. Upper deck produces corrugated panels, lower deck trapezoidal panels. Hydraulic cutter trims panels to length. Out tables collect finished panels for inspection and packaging.
