| Process: Steel coils are unrolled, guided into a chain-driven roll former with wall plate structure. Early forming stations emboss ribs to strengthen the pipe. Subsequent stations shape the square downspout with uniform lock edges. Hydraulic cutting ensures clean, burr-free sections. Finished pipes are stacked on the out table, ready for delivery. |
