• The panels produced by this line are crafted from high-quality galvanized steel, measuring 3-4mm in thickness. 3. Production Process

• 5T Decoiler → Guide System → Leveling Unit → Waste Coil Collection → Roll Former → Hydraulic Punching → Hydraulic Bending Machine → Hydraulic Cutting

• The process starts with the decoiler to unwind the steel coil, which is then leveled by the independent leveling unit. Following this, the steel sheet is formed into a purlin profile by the 20-station roll former. The tracking hydraulic punching machine creates holes as the panel is formed. Afterward, the bending machine adjusts the curvature, followed by cutting with the hydraulic cutting station.
