1. Production Line Overview

  • This cable tray roll forming line targets electrical infrastructure suppliers and cable management system manufacturers. It offers a simplified process for users preferring pre-cut, pre-punched flat sheets, ensuring fast setup and flexible width adjustment.

2. Profile Description

  • This profile is made from galvanized or mild steel sheets, thickness 1.0–2.0mm, pre-punched and pre-cut. It has a U- or C-shaped cross-section with side flanges, commonly used in structured cable support and wiring systems for electrical and telecom industries.

3. Production Process

  • Electric Feeding Platform → Roll Former → Out Table
  • Pre-punched and pre-cut galvanized sheets are fed via an adjustable electric transmission table. The roll former shapes the profile with 18 stations and gearbox-driven shafts. Output is collected on a horizontal table. The setup allows fast changes in width and low labor dependency.
