1. Production Line Overview
This line is designed for clients in the building material, garage door, and industrial insulation industries. It offers precision shaping, continuous foam filling, and closed-section forming ideal for high-value insulated shutter slats.
2. Profile Description
This profile is a closed-section roller shutter slat formed from two galvanized steel strips (thickness 0.3–0.5mm), internally filled with polyurethane foam. It provides thermal insulation, noise reduction, and high strength, ideal for modern industrial or commercial roller doors.
3. Production Process
Manual Decoiler → Roll Former 1 → Guide Device → Roll Former 2 → PU Foam Injection Unit (A+B tanks) → Roll Former 3 → Straightener → Hydraulic Cutter → Out Table
The dual-strip roll forming line first pre-forms two steel strips separately, then guides and joins them before polyurethane foam is injected into the closed profile. A heated roll forming section ensures foam expansion and profile bonding. Final straightening and cutting ensure a clean finish.
