  • The step beam is a closed-type structural profile made of galvanized steel with thicknesses from 1.5 to 2.5mm. It features reinforced stepped edges and high load-bearing capacity. 3. Production Process

  • Hydraulic Decoiler → Guiding → Leveling → Roll Forming → Stop Welding → Stop Saw Cutting
  • The line starts with precision leveling of 1.5–2.5mm galvanized steel, followed by 27-pass roll forming to shape the closed step beam. Auto-adjusting forming stations allow rapid profile changes. After forming, stop welding secures coil joints, and alloy saw cutting ensures burr-free, deformation-free ends suited for high-load applications.
