1. Production Line Overview
This production line is designed for contractors, construction material suppliers, and roll forming companies targeting medium-volume metal decking projects. It features cost-efficiency, easy maintenance, and strong adaptability to custom embossing patterns and ribbed profiles.
2. Profile Description
The deck profile is made of galvanized steel (0.8–1.2mm thick), with two longitudinal ribs and custom embossing dots for concrete bonding. It is mainly used as floor reinforcement in steel structure buildings, supporting concrete slabs and improving load-bearing performance.
3. Production Process
3T Hydraulic Decoiler → Guiding Device → Embossing Roller → Roll Former → Hydraulic Cutter
Steel coils are uncoiled and guided into a customized embossing station, which enhances adhesion between the deck and concrete. The roll forming machine then shapes the deck with two ribs and embossing features. Finally, hydraulic cutting ensures precise panel lengths with minimal downtime.
