  • 3T Hydraulic Decoiler → Guiding → Embossing Roller → Roll Former → Hydraulic Cutter

  • The process begins with uncoiling the zinc-coated steel, followed by guiding and feeding the material into the embossing roller, which adds customizable textures for enhanced cement adhesion. The material then passes through the roll former where the 50mm wave profile is created in 24 stations. The sheet is then precisely cut to length by the hydraulic cutter.
